Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During this window, we verify order details, conduct quality checks, and prepare your items for dispatch. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.

Where We Ship From

To bring you the most unique and high-quality items at the best value, we partner with specialized fulfillment centers in both the United States and China.

  • USA-Sourced Items: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
  • International Items: Typically delivered within 8–15 business days.

Note: Your order may arrive in multiple packages if you have purchased items that are fulfilled from different warehouse locations.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Because we source unique items from both domestic and international warehouses, shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout. Rates are based on the item’s weight, its warehouse origin, and your destination to ensure you pay the most accurate rate for your specific order.

  • Standard Shipping (8–15 Business Days): Calculated at Checkout
  • Domestic Express (3–7 Business Days): Calculated at Checkout
  • Free Shipping (8–15 Business Days): Available on all orders over $100
  • Priority Processing (1–3 Day Fulfillment): $2.99 Add-on

Domestic Express is only available for select items stocked in our US warehouses. Availability will be shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently provide international delivery to the following regions:

  • Canada: 10–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & EU: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Africa: 12–20 business days

Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes required by their local government.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Update Time: Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
  • Transit Gaps: For items shipping from our international warehouse, it is normal to see a gap of a few days without an update while the package is in transit between countries or clearing customs.
