Return & Refund Policy

At Aura Animalia, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-Defective Goods: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or "buyer's remorse," the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, Aura Animalia will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

Eligibility Criteria To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and strictly hair-free (for pet apparel, beds, or accessories).
  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

The Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@auraanimalia.com.
  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Unauthorised Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishables (pet food, treats, or supplements).
  • Personalised items (custom-made collars, engraved tags).
  • Personal care goods (opened grooming products such as shampoos or brushes).
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges - The most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
