Important Tracking Tips:

  • The "In-Between" Phase: If your item is coming from our international warehouse, there may be a gap of a few days where the tracking doesn't update while the package is in transit between countries. Don't worry—your items are still moving!
  • Multiple Packages: If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes on different days to ensure you get each item as fast as possible.

USA Warehouses: 3–7 business days.

International Warehouses: 8–15 business days.

Rates vary based on the item’s weight, its origin (USA or China), and your destination. This ensures you pay the most accurate and fair rate for each specific order.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Most of our customers do not experience customs fees; however, depending on your country’s regulations, international orders may be subject to import duties.

Can I cancel my order?
